Gracious beginning

Her Majesty The Queen Siritkt of Thailand graciously presided the grand opening ceremony of Bangkok Heart Hospital in 2005. It was formerly known as Bangkok Heart Institute that was established in 1989 and was a dedicated department at Bangkok Hospital Medical Center, the group's flagship hospital.

Today, Bangkok Heart Hospital is Thailand's first private hospital. The Bangkok Heart Hospital has the largest number of full time cardiologists and treats an average of 40,0000 cadiac outpatients per year. Over a ten-year expertise, BHT conducted more than 1000 heart surgeries. Its own Cath-eterization Laboratory has already performed over 5,000 cardio angiogram procedures and 2,000 PCI.
